I cannot drive a standard to save my life. no, wait. i can't get it moving to save my life. to actually drive it once it's started, i can do. shifting, i can do. I can steer just fine, and i've lessened the lead foot on the break to half-decent breaking. So?

Time for a cheap-ass automatic that has four doors, and can get from point A to B (no, no hashing in it... i dont think... not B truck). yep. i have no desire whatsoever to strip down the gears from just trying to start the car to move in first. fuck that. afterall, it's a 2005 ford 150. not gonna mess a car that "new" up.

not on my account anyway. Anyway, i keep making it stall...

my how it has been a long time since i have stepped foot in a dojo in real intent to train. one of the girls there suggest i do kali, as well as possibly jeet kune do. i might go ahead and see if we can do kendo as well. it will be quite fun. it's an hour drive from the house, and half an hour's drive from his work, so depending on what time it is and what time the classes are and what we are going, we might just try to stay around the work until it's time to go over there.

i was nervous when i entered there. it is bigger than most schools i have been in. i twill be another addition to the exercising. so far, that means:



-martial arts every day except sunday.

-walking two miles every week day.

-walking 2-6 miles every saturday

-swimming for at least 1 hr straight every weekday

-aerobics every weekday for at least half an hour.



i wonder if that's enough exercise...

good thing i'm mostly eating properly. it still doesn't make sense as to why i gain weight and yet look look like i'm losing it lol.

is it really all muscle?

i know those toner shoes are not supposed to be worn for everyday wear or for hashing...ouch...

but they worked my calf muscles great! they turned mostly muscle in a week... worth the "ouch" at the end of the day. i am at 190.4 lbs 03/15. we will see what i am at when i have my next weigh in. odd though, that i can wear size 14 jeans (or 34 in mens) even though i should be wearing about 38's/16's now.... it scares me a bit. i still have a lot to burn off though... i cant even have pictures taken of me now because of how conscious i am of my weight... bleh. i'll work on it.

i just gotta keep doing what i'm doing.
